Data Protection: SecuriSync: How it Works
How Does SecuriSync Work?
- When the application is installed on a machine for the first time, a new folder called My SecuriSync is created in the Documents local folder.
- If a file exists on both the server and your local machine when it is synchronized, the newest version will overwrite the older version.
- If two folders with the same name exist on both the server and your machine, the contents of the folders will be merged.
- Note: SecuriSync does not under any circumstances delete any data from customers’ computers. Everything that is requested to be deleted is placed in the recycle bin.
